I appreciate you taking the time to patronize my art shop! Please refer to the shop's refund policy below.
All of our canvases are custom made and built, crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. My team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF AN ARTWORK. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO VERIFY IF A REFUND IS GRANTED FOR A PARTICULAR ARTWORK OF INTEREST.
Are there any exceptions?
If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 1 day after delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will be happy to send you a replacement or offer you the opportunity for store credit.
ORDER CANCELLATION
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact my studio at orders@farrahsartshop.com with your order no. in the subject line.
Orders must be canceled WITHIN 24 hours if you do not wish to proceed with an artwork.
RETURN FEES
A return fee of $45 will be assessed for any artwork needing to be returned due to damage and damage only. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES
The return fee is waived for exchanges.
The shop allows exchanges in the event the customer receives damaged artwork and/or sees another artwork they prefer within 7 days of initiating an order.
